Store Keeper / Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager to oversee our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving, storing, and dispatching of all materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting our production and project timelines in the dynamic industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain stock in an orderly and accessible manner, ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's ERP system or other inventory management software.
• Process and fulfill internal stock requests and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Manage a small team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
