Store Keeper / Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Store Keeper / Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences (M.Pharma) to oversee inventory management and ensure the efficient operation of our store. This role is crucial for maintaining the supply chain of critical materials for our research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or research industry, and possess a deep understanding of inventory control, warehousing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Implement and enforce strict inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and prevent loss.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials, including temperature-sensitive and hazardous substances, adhering to M.Pharma standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed, coordinating with procurement and relevant departments.
- Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock for timely disposal.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations within the storage facility.
- Train and supervise junior store staff, if applicable.
- Collaborate with R&D and other departments to understand their material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store area.
