Store Keeper / Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Elecon Engineering

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to manage our warehouse operations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and issuing of industrial equipment and machinery parts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of industrial equipment, machinery parts, and consumables.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Process and issue outgoing materials according to requisitions, maintaining proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if required.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing stock, including damage or discrepancies.
