Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Stores & Material Management team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and organized management of all physical assets, inventory, and supplies within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of data management and process optimization, leveraging their technical skills to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including incoming and outgoing materials, using company-specific software and databases.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders for materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and services, and manage vendor relationships.
- Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and safety of all materials.
- Develop and implement efficient material handling and storage processes.
- Utilize data analysis skills (from MCA background) to identify trends, forecast material needs, and suggest improvements in material management strategies.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, material usage, and procurement activities for management review.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of any digital tools or systems related to stores and material management.
