Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Stores & Material Management professional to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and organized management of all store inventories, raw materials, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a proactive approach to optimizing material flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.

Implement and maintain efficient storekeeping procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Develop and execute strategies to optimize material handling, reduce wastage, and improve inventory turnover ratios.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth supply chain operations.

Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements using the company's ERP system.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Support the implementation of new inventory management technologies and systems.
