Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled Story Editor to join our communications team. The Story Editor will be responsible for shaping and refining compelling narratives that highlight the impact of our educational programs and the voices of the children and communities we serve. This role is crucial in communicating our mission and achievements to a diverse audience, including donors, partners, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit written content (e.g., case studies, blog posts, reports, website copy, social media updates) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and emotional resonance.
• Collaborate with program staff and field teams to gather stories and understand program impact.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style across all communications.
• Provide editorial guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Fact-check information and ensure all content adheres to ethical storytelling guidelines.
• Contribute to content strategy and ideation for various communication channels.
