We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Story Editor with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 6 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The Story Editor will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and ensuring the quality and consistency of content across various platforms for our esteemed hotel and restaurant brands. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and creative storytelling prowess.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine story concepts, outlines, and scripts for marketing campaigns, digital content, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to ensure narratives align with brand voice and objectives.
- Edit and proofread written content for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all editorial projects.
- Conduct research to gather information and insights for story development.
- Utilize analytical skills, honed through an MCA background, to understand content performance and inform editorial strategy.
- Adapt storytelling techniques for different digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications.
- Ensure all content adheres to legal and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior content creators and provide constructive feedback.
