Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Story Editor with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping narratives, ensuring story coherence, and enhancing the overall storytelling quality across various media projects. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze scripts, outlines, and story concepts to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Provide constructive feedback and editorial guidance to writers and creative teams on plot, character development, pacing, and dialogue.

Develop and maintain story bibles, character arcs, and plot timelines.

Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure the story aligns with the project's vision and target audience.

Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform story development and ensure commercial viability.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging storytelling techniques.
