Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a legal background to join our Strategic Management team in Mangalore. This role will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our industrial equipment and machinery division. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks and strategic thinking to contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies, with a focus on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and risk assessment.
- Conduct legal due diligence for strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Analyze regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies affecting the industrial equipment sector.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models for new strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and business development, to drive strategic objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management on strategic matters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic planning processes and tools.
