Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team in a critical strategic management role. This position will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our company within the rapidly evolving electronic components and semiconductor industry in India. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the Indian semiconductor and electronic components market.
- Develop and refine the company's strategic plan, including market entry strategies, product portfolio expansion, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Analyze business performance, identify key drivers of success, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives and market insights.
- Drive the implementation of strategic projects and monitor their progress and impact.
