Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans for the organization.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the oil and gas industry.
- Support due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Review and interpret legal and regulatory documents relevant to ONGC's operations.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies from a legal and business perspective.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
