We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Lucknow as a Strategic Management - Other. This role involves contributing to the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives within our rapidly growing financial services startup. You will work closely with senior management to analyze market trends, develop strategic frameworks, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Support data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Help in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
