Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Strategic Risk Analyst to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks that could impact our Industrial Automation business. You will work closely with leadership to develop robust risk management frameworks and strategies, ensuring the long-term success and resilience of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential strategic risks across various business functions, including market dynamics, technological advancements, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the Industrial Automation sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment methodologies and tools tailored to the unique challenges of the Industrial Automation industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, conduct scenario planning, and evaluate the potential impact of identified risks.
- Design and propose risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and control measures to minimize exposure and enhance business resilience.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented risk management strategies and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in strategic risk management, particularly within the Industrial Automation and IoT space.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company's overall risk governance framework.
