Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Strategic Risk Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks that could impact our hardware and networking startup's growth and operations in the dynamic Indian market. You will work closely with leadership to develop robust risk management frameworks and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential strategic risks across market, operational, financial, and technological domains relevant to the hardware and networking sector.
- Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and tools tailored for a startup environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, finance) to understand their risk exposures and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes that could pose strategic threats.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall risk management framework and policies.
- Assist in scenario planning and business continuity initiatives.
