Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Strategic Risk Analyst with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks within the Indian animation and VFX sector, ensuring the company's long-term resilience and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory environments, and business strategy within the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new projects, market entries, and strategic initiatives within the animation and VFX domain.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of the entertainment industry.
- Analyze legal and regulatory changes impacting the company's operations in India and provide proactive advice.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation.
- Monitor industry trends, geopolitical events, and economic factors that could pose strategic risks.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Evaluate third-party risks and ensure contractual safeguards are in place.
