We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our strategic objectives in the fast-paced electronics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on practical application of risk management principles. You will work closely with various departments to ensure robust risk frameworks are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new business initiatives, product launches, and market expansions.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor emerging risks and trends within the electronics manufacturing sector and the broader economic landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal, R&D) to integrate risk management into business processes.
Prepare regular risk reports and presentations for senior management.
Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's risk management framework.
