Strategic Sourcing Manager (2-3 Yrs) | Jaipur

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Sc. education and analytical skills to optimize procurement processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and build strong supplier relationships within the Gems & Jewellery industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for our laboratory and educational operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to support business objectives, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with GIA's standards and ethical sourcing practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand supplier capabilities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
- Manage existing supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues or disputes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Analyze spend data and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, managing inventory levels where applicable.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to procurement and the Gems & Jewellery sector.
