Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services for our telecom and ISP operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecom supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for key telecom infrastructure, network equipment, and related services.
2. Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential new suppliers and assess existing ones based on cost, quality, reliability, and innovation.
3. Lead and manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFx development, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, finance) to understand their needs and ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.
5. Manage supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Monitor market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and relevant regulations.
