Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Prime Focus Technologies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services critical to our Animation & VFX operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain robust supplier relationships within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for key indirect and direct spend categories relevant to the Animation & VFX industry.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential supply chain risks.
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Manage existing supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Production, IT, Finance) to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies.
- Monitor supplier performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, savings achieved, and supplier performance to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic sourcing and supply chain management.
