Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-4 years of experience and a B.A. degree, looking to develop their career in procurement and supply chain management within the professional services sector. You will be responsible for supporting sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for various indirect spend categories.
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate existing ones.
Support the negotiation process for contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) under guidance.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide sourcing solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier information.
Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
