Strategic Sourcing Manager role in Analytics / KPO / Research (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Sourcing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial for optimizing our procurement strategies within the Analytics, KPO, and Research sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of sourcing principles, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for indirect and direct spend categories within the Analytics, KPO, and Research domains.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and understand cost drivers.
- Lead supplier selection processes, including RFP/RFQ development, bid analysis, and negotiation of contracts and pricing.
- Manage key supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and track savings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sourcing practices.
