We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives and supporting business growth within the vibrant Indian events and live entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, ideally with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, and 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy, market research, or business analysis.
Role Summary:
As a Strategy Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying market trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance our market position and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior management to translate insights into actionable plans and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Eventz & Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the events and live entertainment sector.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support new strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of strategic initiatives against set objectives.
- Support the development of long-term strategic planning processes and annual business plans.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the events industry in India.
