Strategy Analyst (Any Postgraduate Required) - Pune

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate strategy team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across JSPL's diverse business verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of the Iron & Steel industry and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats within the Iron & Steel sector.
- Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, business cases, and financial models.
- Support the implementation of strategic projects and track their progress against defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather data, understand operational challenges, and propose solutions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic initiatives and performance.
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the business.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic planning processes and tools.
