We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across our port operations and logistics business. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business strategy formulation, particularly within the Ports & Shipping industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position is ideal for individuals with any postgraduate degree looking to make a significant impact in a leading infrastructure company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats within the Ports & Shipping sector.
Develop and refine business strategies, business models, and growth plans in collaboration with senior management.
Analyze financial data, operational metrics, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and findings.
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and track their progress and impact.
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
