Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our growing team. The Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain our competitive advantage in the BPM industry. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the company's overall business strategy, aligning with market trends and organizational goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to define strategic priorities and develop actionable plans.
Drive the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
Develop business cases for new initiatives and investments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on strategic progress to senior management.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment meetings.
Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
