We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our growing team at DesignStack. The Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our design projects and client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations for design projects, aligning with client business goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify trends, insights, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and client teams to translate strategic insights into actionable design strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions and strategic frameworks.
- Prepare and present strategic proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal leadership.
- Monitor project progress and evaluate outcomes against strategic objectives, identifying areas for optimization.
