Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Strength & Conditioning Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Larsen & Toubro's manufacturing facility in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for optimizing the physical performance and well-being of our workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs tailored to the demands of the manufacturing environment, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation support, and overall employee fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and supervise personalized and group strength and conditioning programs for employees, considering job-specific physical demands.
- Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and track progress.
- Develop and lead injury prevention strategies and provide support for return-to-work rehabilitation protocols.
- Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, biomechanics, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with HR and occupational health teams to address workplace ergonomics and employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, program effectiveness, and safety compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, sports science, and industrial ergonomics.
