Strength & Conditioning Coach

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our corporate wellness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for our employees, focusing on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and overall physical well-being. This role requires a deep understanding of exercise science, biomechanics, and the ability to motivate and guide individuals of varying fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs tailored to employee needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential injury risks.
- Provide expert guidance on proper exercise technique, program progression, and injury management.
- Educate employees on principles of exercise science, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor employee progress and adjust training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote health and fitness initiatives within the organization.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments, program design, and progress.
- Foster a positive and motivating training environment.
