Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength & Conditioning Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-6 years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs. This role focuses on enhancing the physical performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being of our manufacturing workforce, ensuring they can perform their demanding tasks efficiently and safely. You will leverage your technical background to analyze biomechanics, develop data-driven training protocols, and integrate innovative solutions into our occupational health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage evidence-based strength and conditioning programs tailored to the specific physical demands of manufacturing roles.
- Conduct thorough assessments of employee physical capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and potential injury risks.
- Develop and deliver individualized training plans focusing on strength, power, endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention.
- Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, biomechanics, and injury management strategies.
- Collaborate with occupational health and safety teams to integrate S&C principles into workplace ergonomics and safety protocols.
- Utilize data analytics to track progress, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, sports science, and occupational physiology.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, training sessions, and program outcomes.
- Promote a culture of health, wellness, and injury prevention throughout the organization.
