Strength & Conditioning Specialist - Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Strength & Conditioning Specialist with 2-4 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective strength and conditioning programs for our workforce in the agriculture and forestry sector, focusing on enhancing physical performance, preventing injuries, and promoting overall well-being. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt programs to the specific demands of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of agricultural and forestry workers.
- Conduct fitness assessments and performance testing to evaluate the physical capabilities of employees.
- Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and safe lifting practices.
- Monitor progress and adjust training programs based on individual needs and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to integrate health and wellness initiatives into the workplace.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress, program effectiveness, and injury data.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, particularly as they apply to physically demanding industries.
- Provide on-site support and guidance during fieldwork as required.
