While this is a non-traditional role for a structural engineer within the analytics sector, your understanding of structural principles will be applied to optimize internal processes, data center infrastructure, and physical resource management. This position is ideal for a candidate with a 12th Pass education who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess the structural integrity of our data centers and physical facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Develop and implement plans for the efficient layout and utilization of physical resources within our office spaces and operational hubs.
• Collaborate with IT and facilities management teams to ensure that infrastructure supports our analytical and research workloads effectively.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to physical infrastructure and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and provide reports on the condition and functionality of physical assets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of any structural modifications or upgrades required for operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of structural assessments and resource utilization.
