Structural Engineer Job Opportunity - Aviation (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Structural Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of structural analysis principles and a business acumen developed through an MBA/PGDM, enabling them to contribute to both technical and strategic aspects of aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design of aircraft components and systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.
- Develop and validate finite element models (FEM) for stress, vibration, and thermal analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Analyze project requirements, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies from a structural and business perspective.
- Support the evaluation of new materials and technologies for structural applications.
- Assist in the business case development and cost-benefit analysis for structural design decisions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of structural engineering processes and methodologies.
