We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally astute professional to join our team as a Structural Engineer. This unique role combines engineering principles with legal acumen, focusing on ensuring compliance and managing structural aspects within our corporate legal framework. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of both structural engineering concepts and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of structural designs and plans for compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards in India.
- Interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements to engineering projects, advising on potential legal implications.
- Collaborate with legal teams and external stakeholders to resolve structural-related legal queries and disputes.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to structural integrity, permits, and compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project approvals concerning structural aspects.
- Maintain accurate records of structural assessments, legal compliance checks, and project-related correspondence.
