Subject Matter Expert - Beauty & Personal Care

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Beauty & Personal Care domain to join our dynamic team. The SME will be instrumental in driving product strategy, content development, and market insights for our rapidly growing platform. This role requires a deep understanding of beauty trends, ingredients, formulations, and consumer behavior within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insights and guidance on product development, formulation, and ingredient efficacy for beauty and personal care products.
- Develop and curate engaging and informative content related to beauty trends, product reviews, skincare routines, and makeup tutorials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and educational materials.
- Act as a go-to resource for internal teams on all matters related to beauty and personal care.
- Evaluate and recommend new brands and products to be featured on the platform.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in the beauty and personal care sector.
