Subject Matter Expert - Educational Content

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the development and enhancement of our educational content. The SME will leverage their deep understanding of specific academic subjects and curriculum frameworks to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness of our learning materials. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation in the educational publishing space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate existing educational content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current curriculum standards (e.g., NCERT, state boards).
• Develop new educational content, including lesson plans, study guides, assessments, and digital learning modules, for various subjects and grade levels.
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and instructional designers to translate subject expertise into engaging and effective learning materials.
• Provide expert guidance on pedagogical approaches and learning methodologies suitable for the target audience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in education, publishing, and the specific subject area.
• Contribute to the development of assessment strategies and question banks.
• Participate in content review meetings and provide constructive feedback.
