Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software.
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Participate in IT projects, contributing insights and assisting with task execution.
- Conduct research on new IT trends and solutions relevant to our business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT requirements and provide support.
- Ensure data integrity and security across various IT platforms.
- Support the IT Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
