Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues reported by users.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network problems.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Collaborate with senior IT team members to understand and implement IT strategies.
