Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Subject Matter Expert - IT with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kickstart their career in the retail IT sector. You will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in system implementations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within our retail environment. You will work closely with senior IT professionals to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various retail outlets and corporate offices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and applications, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Participate in IT projects, assisting with testing and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends relevant to the retail industry.
