Subject Matter Expert role in Accounting / Auditing (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Subject Matter Expert with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic Accounting & Auditing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Indian market. You will be instrumental in providing expert guidance, developing solutions, and ensuring compliance for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and insights on complex accounting and auditing matters.
- Conduct in-depth research on evolving accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and auditing practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for internal teams and clients.
- Assist in the development of new service offerings and methodologies within the Accounting & Auditing domain.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Support client engagements by offering specialized knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices in India.
