This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn and contribute to the travel and tourism domain. The SME will support the team by providing expertise, analyzing information, and assisting in the development of travel-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences.
- Support the creation and updating of travel itineraries and product descriptions.
- Respond to internal queries regarding travel policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
