We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Subject / Specialization Teacher - Other to join our growing team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals with a 12th Pass qualification and 0-2 years of experience, who are passionate about imparting knowledge and skills related to specific technical areas within the semiconductor domain. You will play a crucial role in training and mentoring aspiring professionals, contributing to their development and the overall success of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on assigned subjects or specializations to trainees with diverse educational backgrounds.
Develop and prepare training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
Assess trainee progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve learning objectives.
Assist in the design and refinement of training curricula based on industry needs and trainee feedback.
Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, fostering student engagement and participation.
Collaborate with senior trainers and management to ensure program quality and effectiveness.
