Role Summary: HAL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Subject/Specialization Teacher to contribute to its internal training and development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imparting specialized knowledge and practical skills to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing the capabilities of our workforce in the dynamic Defence & Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on specific subjects relevant to the Defence & Aerospace industry (e.g., aerodynamics, materials science, avionics, manufacturing processes, quality control).
- Design and conduct practical sessions, workshops, and laboratory exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assess trainee performance through examinations, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to trainees, guiding their professional development.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in the relevant fields.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to ensure training content is current and industry-aligned.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and training effectiveness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and curriculum.
