Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Subject / Specialization Teacher - Other with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma qualification to join our corporate training division in Indore. This role involves developing and delivering specialized training modules related to pharmaceutical sciences and their application within the railway industry's health and safety protocols, or other relevant corporate functions requiring subject matter expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, understandable training content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments, for specialized subjects within pharmaceutical sciences and their practical applications.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to corporate employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and relevant industry regulations, particularly those impacting the railway sector (e.g., health, safety, emergency response).
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary revisions to training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the corporate training program.
