Supervisor / Incharge

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Supervisor/Incharge to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage a team effectively to achieve production targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the workplace.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and generate reports on output, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
