Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated M.Pharma graduate to join our team as a Supervisor / Incharge at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and managing a team within our automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles applicable to quality assurance and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team involved in production, quality control, or operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor production output, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
