Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor / Incharge with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and have a foundational understanding of regulatory compliance within the chemicals industry. This role involves overseeing specific operational areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to efficient plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day supervision of operational activities within assigned departments.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations as per Indian and international standards.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, compliance, and inventory.
Support in training and guiding junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Assist in audits and inspections related to regulatory compliance.
