Supervisor / Incharge - Fitness & Wellness (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor / Incharge to oversee daily operations at our Ludhiana fitness center. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background and 3-5 years of experience to ensure seamless service delivery, manage staff, and enhance member experience within the fitness and wellness domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Manage and lead a team of fitness professionals and support staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and motivation.

Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management to ensure a clean and functional environment.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Assist in developing and executing fitness programs and events to drive member engagement and retention.

Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Utilize analytical skills derived from B.Tech/B.E. education to identify areas for operational improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
