Supervisor / Incharge - Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Supervisor / Incharge to oversee operations within our Mangalore facility. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. This role involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of a specific department or team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

Train, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).

Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, inventory, and staff performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
