Supervisor - Instrumentation Pipeline

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Supervisor for our Instrumentation Pipeline. This role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation, maintenance, and calibration of all instrumentation within our critical data pipelines. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, system reliability, and adherence to industry standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the instrumentation pipeline.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate and timely calibration of all instruments according to established schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor instrument performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal functionality.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of new instrumentation.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff.
- Maintain detailed records of all instrumentation activities, including calibration certificates, maintenance logs, and repair reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineering, and operations, to resolve instrumentation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance pipeline efficiency and data quality.
