Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor for our Instrumentation Pipeline team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the instrumentation pipeline, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of instrumentation systems and processes within a professional services context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of instrumentation technicians and engineers.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the instrumentation pipeline, including data acquisition, processing, and reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize pipeline efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery of instrumentation data.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for instrumentation pipeline activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation systems and data flow.
